Yes, you can find and replace text in Canva. To do so, first select the text you wish to replace by clicking on it. Then, click the “Edit” button in the top toolbar. A drop-down menu will appear with the option to “Find and Replace.”

Click on this option, and a pop-up window will appear. Enter the text you wish to find in the “Find” field and the text you wish to replace it with in the “Replace” field. Then click “Replace All” to replace all instances of the text, or “Replace” to replace only the selected instance.

PRO TIP: If you are using Canva to design your documents, be aware that the “find and replace” function does not work as you might expect. Specifically, it will not automatically update text that has been moved or changed within your document. This means that if you move or change text and then use the “find and replace” function, the old text will still be replaced.

You can also style text in HTML using < b > and < u > tags where applicable. To do so, simply enclose the text you wish to style in these tags.

For example, This text is bold and this text is underlined. You can also combine these tags, like this: This text is both bold and underlined. Easy peasy!
