    10. Click on the “Yes, approve” button if everything looks correct.

    11. On the “Illustrator Files” window, Figma will create a new file in Figma based on the changes that it made to the original file.

    12. If you have any changes to the file, you can click on the “Update” button to make the changes and then click on the “Next” button to continue.

    21. Double-click on the exported file to open it in Figma.

    22. You will see the file in Figma, with the changes that were made in Illustrator.

    23. You can now begin designing your user interface in Figma based on the changes that were made to the original file.

    24. If you want to continue working on the file outside of Figma, you can copy the file to your computer and then open it in Illustrator.

    25. You can also save the file to your computer and use it in other applications.

    26. Finally, you can close Figma and the file will remain open in Illustrator.

Overall, importing an Illustrator file into Figma is a straightforward process that can be completed in a few minutes. Once the file is imported, you can start designing your user interface in Figma, and then you can export the file to use in other applications.

PRO TIP: When importing into Figma, be sure to select the correct file format. Incorrect file formats may cause problems with your design.
