Are There Filters on Canva?

When you create a design on Canva, you have access to a library of over 1 million images, graphics and illustrations. Many of these images are free, and the rest are available for purchase for just $1 each. You can also upload your own photos and videos to use in your designs.

To ensure that our users have access to high-quality visuals, we have a team of professional designers who curate our library. They hand-pick every image and video, and they also create many of the graphics and illustrations themselves.

PRO TIP: There are currently no filters on Canva. This means that any content you upload to Canva may be accessible to anyone who has the link. If you are concerned about privacy, we recommend only uploading content that is appropriate for a public audience.

When you search for an image on Canva, you’ll see only results that are relevant to your search terms. For example, if you search for “cats”, you won’t see any results for “dogs”. This is because our search engine includes filters that show only results that match your search term.

You can also filter your search results by type, such as photos, illustrations or videos. And if you’re looking for something specific, like a cat in a top hat, you can enter that into the search bar too.
