If you have a Squarespace website, you might be wondering if you can add customer reviews to your site. The short answer is yes!

You can add customer reviews to Squarespace using the built-in Reviews feature.

To get started, go to the Pages section of your Squarespace website and click on the + Add Page button. From the list of page types, select Reviews.

On the next screen, you’ll be able to enter a Page Title, as well as a Page Description. The Page Description is optional, but it’s a good idea to include one so that visitors to your site know what the page is about.

Once you’ve added a Page Title and Description, click on the Add Review button. This will take you to the Add Review form, where you can enter information about the customer who is leaving the review, as well as the review itself.

In the Customer Name field, enter the name of the customer who is leaving the review. This field is optional, but it’s a good idea to include it so that visitors to your site know who left the review.

In the Review, type in the customer’s review of your business. Be sure to click on the “Publish”.

After you hit publish, the review will appear on your website for visitors to see! You can also moderate reviews before they’re published on your site by going to Settings > Reviews and selecting “Moderate before publishing.”

PRO TIP: Adding reviews to your Squarespace website can be a great way to build trust with potential customers and showcase your product or service. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before adding reviews to your site.

First, make sure that the reviews you add are genuine and from legitimate sources. Adding fake or biased reviews can damage your reputation and credibility.

Second, be aware that once you add reviews to your site, you may not be able to remove them. So, make sure that you only add positive reviews that you are confident will remain positive over time.
