You can create a fillable form in Canva by adding text boxes, drop-down menus, and checkboxes to your design. To do this, first, create a new design in Canva. Then, click on the “Elements” tool in the left sidebar and add a “square” element to your design.

Resize your element according to the information in the form that needs to be filled up by clicking and dragging on the pill handles.

Now we have added the checkboxes and the comment section of our form.

You can also add drop-down menus to your form. To do this, add another square element to your design and resize it.

The next step is to click on the “Elements” tool in the left sidebar and search for “drop-down.” From there, select one from the results to add to your design and resize the drop-down arrow icon using the pill handles.

Now you have a drop-down menu in your fillable form!
