Yes! You can animate individual elements in Canva.

If you want to move an object, simply click and drag it to where you want it. To rotate an object, hover your mouse over the object, then click and drag the blue circle that appears. To resize an object, hover your mouse over the object, then click and drag the white dots that appear.

If you want to add an animation to an object, first select the object, then click the Animations tab in the top menu. From there, you can choose from a variety of animated effects.
