Can You Build a Website on Squarespace Without Paying?

There are plenty of website builders out there that allow you to create a website without paying a dime. So, can you build a website on Squarespace without paying?

The short answer is yes, you can build a website on Squarespace without paying. However, there are some limitations to consider before taking this route.

For starters, Squarespace offers a 14-day free trial, so if you sign up for an account and start building your website within that timeframe, you won’t be charged anything. However, once the 14 days are up, you’ll need to start paying for one of Squarespace’s subscription plans if you want to keep your website live.

PRO TIP: When creating a website on Squarespace, you must choose a paid plan in order to publish your site. Without a paid plan, your site will only be accessible to you and will not be viewable by the public.

Another thing to keep in mind is that while you can certainly build a website on Squarespace without paying, your options will be limited in terms of design customization and features. This is because the free version of Squarespace only gives you access to a limited number of templates and doesn’t include features like eCommerce or 24/7 customer support.

So, while you can technically build a website on Squarespace without paying, it’s not recommended if you want to create a professional-looking website with all the bells and whistles. If you’re serious about creating a website, we recommend signing up for one of Squarespace’s paid plans.

Can You Build a Website on Squarespace Without Paying?

You can definitely build and publish a website on Squarespace without paying.

However, your design flexibility will be limited to the templates they offer unless you upgrade to their paid plans which give you access to more features, design customization and 24/7 customer support. Overall, we recommend their paid plans if you’re looking to create a professional-grade website.
