Figma is a vector-based design tool that is gaining popularity in the design community. While it is primarily used for interface design, Figma is also capable of creating pie charts.

To create a pie chart in Figma, first create a frame that is the same size as your desired chart. Then, using the pen tool, draw a circle within the frame.

To segment the circle into sections, use the line tool to draw lines from the center of the circle to the outer edge. The number of segments will determine how many “slices” your pie chart will have.

PRO TIP: While Figma does offer some basic charting capabilities, it is not designed for creating advanced pie charts. There are better tools available for this purpose.

Once you have your segments drawn, you can add labels and colors. To do this, select the “Text” tool and click within one of the segments.

A text box will appear; type your label text and then use the “fill” color picker to select a color for that segment. Repeat this process for each segment.

When you’re finished, your pie chart should look something like this:

The process for creating a pie chart in Figma is relatively simple and only requires a few steps. With just a few clicks, you can create an attractive and informative chart that can be used in a variety of ways.
