HTML is the standard markup language for creating web pages. Wix is a popular website builder that allows users to create and customize their own websites.

While Wix does not support HTML directly, it is possible to embed HTML code into a Wix site. This can be done by using the HTML iFrame element.

The iFrame element is used to embed external content into an HTML document. iFrames are often used to embed videos or maps from other websites. In order to embed HTML code into a Wix site, the code must be placed within an iFrame element.

PRO TIP: While it is possible to embed HTML in Wix, it is not recommended as it can cause problems with the way your site displays. Additionally, any changes you make to your HTML code will not be reflected on your live site unless you re-publish your site.

Once the code is placed within an iFrame element, it will be displayed on the Wix site. The width and height of the iFrame can be customized to fit the space available on the Wix site. It is also possible to add borders and other styling to the iFrame using HTML and CSS.
