Can You Import Excel Into Figma?

There are a few different ways that you can import your Excel data into Figma. One way is to simply copy and paste the data from Excel into Figma.

Another way is to use the ‘File’ > ‘Import…’ menu option within Figma, and then select your Excel file to import.

PRO TIP: Warning: Do not import Excel into Figma. This can cause problems with your design file.

You can also use the ‘File’ > ‘Export As…’ menu option within Excel to export your data as a .csv file, which can then be imported into Figma using the same ‘File’ > ‘Import…’ menu option.

Once your data is imported into Figma, you can style it using the various text formatting options available within the software. To do this, simply select the text you want to format and then use the ‘Text’ > ‘Format’ menu options to apply the desired formatting.

So, in answer to the question – yes, you can import Excel data into Figma, and style it using the various text formatting options available within the software.
