Can You Make Sub Pages in Squarespace?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 7:57 am

There are a couple different ways that you can go about adding subpages in Squarespace. One way is to add them directly under your main pages in the navigation bar. To do this, simply go to the page you want to add the subpage to, hover over the ‘+’ sign, and select ‘Subpage’.

Another way you can add subpages is by creating a blog post and tagging it with the name of the page you want it to appear under. For example, if you want a blog post to appear under the ‘About’ page, you would tag it with ‘About’.

PRO TIP: Squarespace does not currently support the ability to create sub pages. This means that any content you create will be directly accessible from the home page. If you are looking to create a more organized website, we recommend using a different platform that supports sub pages.

To do this, go to ‘Content’ and then ‘Blog Posts’. From there, you can create a new blog post and tag it accordingly.

So, can you make subpages in Squarespace? Yes! Whether you want to add them directly under your main pages or create them as blog posts, it’s easy to do.
