Or maybe you made some changes to your design that you didn’t like and want to revert back to an older version of your site. Whatever the case may be, it can be really frustrating when you accidentally delete something on your Squarespace website.

First, log in to your Squarespace account and go to the ‘Billing & Account’ tab. Under the ‘Account’ section, you will see an option for ‘Backups’. Click on this.

Next, select the backup that you want to restore from the list of backups that appears. You can check the date of each backup to help you decide which one to choose. Once you’ve selected a backup, click on the ‘Restore’ button.

Squarespace will now restore your selected backup and you will be able to view and edit your site as normal. So if you accidentally delete something on your Squarespace website, don’t panic – it is possible to recover your site using the backups that Squarespace automatically saves.
