Can You Schedule Instagram Posts With Canva?

You can absolutely schedule Instagram posts with Canva! In fact, we think it’s one of the best ways to do it.

Not only is Canva super easy to use, but you can also access all of your scheduled posts in one place. This means no more scrambling to find that perfect post when it’s time to publish.

When you schedule Instagram posts with Canva, you can:

  • Choose from a library of professional-grade templates
  • Customize your posts with photos, videos, and text
  • Schedule posts in advance
  • Publish directly to Instagram or save as a draft

Here’s how to schedule an Instagram post with Canva:

  1. Create a free account: Sign up for a free Canva account to get started. You’ll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password.
  2. Choose a template: Browse through Canva’s library of templates specifically designed for Instagram. You can also search for templates by using keywords.
  3. Customize your template: : Once you’ve selected a template, it’s time to start customizing it. Add photos or videos from your computer or from Canva’s library of over 1 million stock images, illustrations, and videos. You can also add text, stickers, and other elements to make your post stand out.
  4. Schedule your post: : When you’re happy with your design, click the “Schedule” button in the top right-hand corner. From here, you can choose when you want your post to be published. Once you’ve selected a date and time, click “Schedule Post.”
  5. Publish your post: : Your post will now be saved as a draft in the “Scheduled Posts” section of Canva. When it’s time to publish, simply click “Publish Now” and your post will be sent straight to Instagram.
  6. PRO TIP: Canva is a great tool for creating beautiful images, but it cannot be used to schedule Instagram posts. If you try to use Canva to schedule an Instagram post, the image will not appear on your feed and you will not be able to share it with your followers.
