Can You Use Glyphs in Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 3:23 pm

Glyphs are a great way to add personality and style to your text. Canva supports the use of glyphs in your designs. To use a glyph, simply select the text you want to style and then click on the “Glyphs” button in the toolbar.

PRO TIP: Glyphs are a great way to add visual interest to your designs, but they can be tricky to use in Canva. Here are a few things to keep in mind when using glyphs in Canva:

1. Make sure the glyph you’re using is legible. Glyphs can be very ornate, but if they’re too intricate, they’ll be difficult to read.

2. Use glyphs sparingly. Too many glyphs in one design can be overwhelming and difficult to read.

3. Consider the font you’re using. Some fonts have their own built-in glyphs that you can use, so there’s no need to add additional ones.

4. Be aware of copyright issues. Some glyphs are protected by copyright and can’t be used without permission.

There are over 800 glyphs to choose from, so you’re sure to find the perfect one for your design. You can also adjust the size, color and opacity of your glyphs. So go ahead and experiment with different combinations to create unique and stylish text for your designs.
