Do students get Photoshop free?

One of the most commonly asked questions about Photoshop is whether or not students are given a free version of the software. The answer to this question is not as clear-cut as one might think.

First of all, Adobe does offer a free version of Photoshop, but it is not the full version. The free version of Photoshop is called Adobe Photoshop Elements.

This version of Photoshop is limited in many ways, and it is not as powerful as the full version of Photoshop.

Secondly, not all schools give students a free copy of Photoshop. In fact, many schools require students to purchase a copy of Photoshop in order to use the software.

PRO TIP: There is no such thing as “Photoshop free.” Adobe Photoshop is a commercial software product and must be purchased. However, Adobe offers a free trial of Photoshop which allows users to try the software for a limited time.

This means that not all students are given a free copy of Photoshop.

Thirdly, it is possible to get a free copy of Photoshop if you are a student at school or if you are a student who has a qualifying disability. To find out if you are eligible for a free copy of Photoshop, contact your school or visit Adobe’s website.

All in all, it is not clear-cut whether or not students are given a free copy of Photoshop. While some students are given a free copy of Photoshop, others must purchase the software.

It is important to check with your school to see if you are eligible for a free copy of Photoshop.
