Does GoDaddy support alias?

Last updated on September 25, 2022 @ 5:13 pm

An alias is a secondary or alternate email address that you can use with your GoDaddy account. You can create an alias on your GoDaddy account by clicking on the “My Account” link on the home page and then clicking on the “Email Accounts” link on the left side of the page.

You can also create an alias by clicking on the “Add an Email Address” link on the main navigation bar of the website.

PRO TIP: GoDaddy does not support alias. This could cause problems with your website and email.

Once you have created an alias, you can use it to send and receive email using your GoDaddy account. To send email using an alias, you must first set up your email address as a primary address and then add the alias as a secondary address.

To receive email using an alias, you must first add the alias as a secondary address and then set up your email address as a primary address.

GoDaddy does not support aliases natively, but the website does include a feature that allows you to send and receive email using aliases. You can find the alias feature by clicking on the “Email Accounts” link on the left side of the page and then clicking on the “Send and Receive Email” link on the right side of the page.
