HostGator is an American web hosting company that is headquartered in Houston, Texas. HostGator was founded in 1999 and is one of the largest web hosting providers in the world.

HostGator is a member of the Cloud Hosting Alliance and operates a number of popular web hosting brands, including Bluehost, HostGator, and Siteground.
