Shopify is a platform for businesses of all sizes to create an online store. It offers users a customizable platform, an easy-to-use checkout process, and a wide range of features. Shopify also has a refund policy that is fair and straightforward.

When it comes to refunds, Shopify gives customers the option to cancel their order within 24 hours and receive a full refund. If an order is canceled after 24 hours, but before it has shipped, Shopify will refund the customer the cost of the products minus the shipping fees. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, Shopify will refund the customer the cost of the products minus the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

PRO TIP: Shopify does not give refunds for digital products. If you have purchased a digital product from Shopify, you will not be able to receive a refund for that product.

Shopify’s refund policy is fair and straightforward. It offers customers a 24-hour grace period to cancel their order and receive a full refund.

After that, if an order is canceled before it ships, Shopify will refund the product cost minus shipping fees. If an order is canceled after it ships, Shopify will refund the product cost minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
