Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 5:16 pm

There are a few different ways that customers can leave reviews on WooCommerce products. The most common way is to simply leave a rating and review on the product page itself. Customers can also leave reviews on their order confirmation page or on their account page.

To leave a review on the product page, customers simply need to click on the “Reviews” tab and then click on the “Add a Review” button.

From there, they will be able to choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars and write their review in the provided text box.

PRO TIP: If you are considering leaving a review on WooCommerce, be aware that there are some potential risks involved. First, understand that WooCommerce is a public forum, and your review will be visible to anyone who visits the site. Additionally, your review could be used by WooCommerce in marketing or promotional materials. Finally, keep in mind that WooCommerce is not responsible for the accuracy of reviews left on the site.

If customers would like to leave a review on their order confirmation page, they need to scroll down to the “Add a Review” section and click on the “Write a Review” button. From there, they will be able to choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars and write their review in the provided text box.

To leave a review on their account page, customers first need to login to their account. Once they are logged in, they need to click on the “Orders” tab and then find the order that they would like to leave a review for. Next to each order, there is an “Order Details” button which, when clicked, will take them to the order details page. On this page, there is a “Write a Review” button which will allow them to leave their rating and review.

In conclusion, there are three different ways that customers can leave reviews on WooCommerce products. Customers can also leave reviews on their order confirmation page or on their account page.
