How Do I Accept an Order on Wix?

PRO TIP: When you accept an order on Wix, your customer’s credit card is charged immediately. If you do not have the items in stock to fulfill the order, you may be subject to a chargeback from the customer’s credit card company.

Running an online store through Wix is a great way to reach a larger audience with your product. In order to start selling your product, you need to first accept an order on Wix. Here is how you can do that:

When you receive an order from a customer, you will receive an email notification from Wix.com. The email will include the customer’s information and the items they ordered. To view the order, log in to your Wix account and go to the ‘Orders’ tab.

Click on the ‘Accept Order’ button next to the customer’s order. This will take you to the order details page.

Here, you can view the items ordered and the shipping address. To fulfill the order, click on the ‘Fulfill Order’ button.

This will take you to the ‘Fulfillment’ page where you can enter the tracking information for the shipment. Once you have entered the tracking information, click on the ‘Complete Order’ button. This will notify the customer that their order has been shipped and they will be able to track it through the shipping company’s website.
