How do I add a contact form in Weebly?

Adding a contact form in Weebly is simple. First, log in to your Weebly account. From the main menu, select “Settings” and then “Pages.” Under “Pages,” find the page you want to add the form to and select it. Under “Forms,” click the “Add Form” button. In the “Form Type” drop-down menu, select “Contact Form.” In the “Form Fields” drop-down menu, select the fields you want to include on the form. In the “Form Action” drop-down menu, select “Send Contact.” In the “Page Title” field, enter a title for the form. In the “Description” field, enter a description of the form. In the “Submit” field, enter the email address of the person you want to contact. In the “Cancel” field, enter the email address of the person you want to cancel the contact form with. In the “Confirm Email” field, enter the email address of the person you want to confirm the contact form with. Click the “Add Form” button. Click the “Pages” tab and select the page you want to save the form on. Click the “Saved Forms” tab and select the form you just created.
