How Do I Add a FAQ to My Shopify Store?

Adding a FAQ to your Shopify store is a great way to provide customers with answers to common questions they may have about your products or services. By adding a FAQ section to your store, you can reduce the number of customer support inquiries you receive, and improve the overall customer experience on your site.

To add a FAQ to your Shopify store:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages.
2. Click Add page.
3. Enter a page title and click Save.
4. In the WYSIWYG editor, enter your FAQ content. To style your text, you can use the < p >, < b >, and < u > tags where applicable.
5. When you’re done, click Save.

Your FAQ page will now be live on your store! Be sure to link to it from your navigation menu so that customers can easily find it.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to add a FAQ to your Shopify store, be aware that there are some potential risks involved.

First, if you are not careful, you could wind up with a FAQ that is either too long or too short. Too long, and your customers will likely get bored and tune out; too short, and they may not get the information they need.

Second, you need to be careful about the tone of your FAQ. If it is too informal, it may come across as unprofessional; too formal, and it may seem stilted and difficult to read.

Finally, remember that a FAQ is not a substitute for good customer service. If you have a question that you feel should be included in your FAQ, but are unsure about how to answer it, consider asking a customer service representative for help.
