A grid layout is a great way to organize content on a page. It can help to create a visual hierarchy and make the page more readable. Figma makes it easy to add a grid layout to your design.

To add a grid layout in Figma, first select the frame or group of objects that you want to arrange in a grid. Then, click the Layout tab in the Inspector panel. From here, you can select from a variety of grid options.

Once you’ve selected a grid option, you can further customize it by clicking the Edit button. This will open the Grid Settings dialog, where you can specify the number of columns, rows, and gutter size. You can also choose whether or not to snap objects to the grid.

PRO TIP: When adding a grid layout in Figma, be sure to set the gutter size to 0px. Otherwise, your gutters will default to 8px and you will end up with extra space in between your columns.

When you’re finished customizing your grid, click the Apply button to apply the changes. Your content will now be arranged in a grid layout.
