How Do I Add a Signature to My Wix Email?

Adding a signature to your Wix email is a great way to personalize your communication and make a lasting impression on your contacts. There are two ways to add a signature to your Wix email: using the Wix Editor or directly in the HTML code.

Adding a signature in the Wix Editor is simple and only takes a few minutes. First, open the editor and click on the “Email” icon. Next, click on the “Settings” tab and scroll down to the “Signature” section.

Here, you can enter your signature in the text box provided. Be sure to click “Save” when you’re done.

PRO TIP: If you are considering adding a signature to your Wix email, be aware that there are some potential risks. First, if you use a HTML signature, it is possible that your email could be marked as spam. Additionally, if you use a signature with images, your email could be blocked by some email providers. Finally, if you use a signature with links, be sure to test it extensively to ensure that the links work correctly.

If you’re more comfortable working with HTML code, you can also add your signature directly in the code. First, open the HTML code of your email template.

Then, scroll down to the very bottom of the code and add your signature between the “” and “” tags. Be sure to save your changes before sending any emails.
