Once the plugin is activated, you’ll need to configure some basic settings. Go to WooCommerce > Settings from the WordPress admin sidebar and click on the Price Based on Country tab.
On the plugin settings page, you’ll need to select your default country and currency. These are the country and currency that will be used if the visitor’s country can’t be detected or is not supported by the plugin.
Under the Default Country section, select your default country from the dropdown list. If you want to use multiple currencies, check the Enable Multiple Currencies option. This will allow you to select a currency for each country under the Currencies section.
Note: If you enable multiple currencies, make sure you have a currency switcher plugin installed and activated so your customers can switch between currencies.
Next, scroll down to the Currencies section and add a currency for each country you want to Target. For each currency, you’ll need to add a currency code, exchange rate (against USD), and symbol. You can find this information by doing a quick Google search.
Once you’ve added all the necessary currencies, scroll down to the Geolocation section and select a method for detecting your customer’s location. The default setting is Auto detect customer’s location by their IP address, but you can also use a manual method or geolocation API.
If you want to offer special pricing for specific products or product categories, scroll down to the Product Pricing section and select either Per Product Pricing or Per Category Pricing.
For Per Product Pricing, simply edit the product in question and scroll down to the Price Based on Country section. Here you can enter a price for each country/currency combination.
If you’re using Per Category Pricing, go to WooCommerce > Categories. Edit the category that contains the products you want to offer special pricing for and scroll down to the Price Based on Country section.
In both cases, simply enter a price for each country/currency combination and save your changes.
