Assuming you’ve already created a second location in Shopify, you can add inventory to it in a few different ways. The most common way is to add inventory to your second location via the “Inventory” tab in the Shopify admin.

To do this, go to Inventory > Locations, and then click on the name of your second location. From here, you can add inventory to your second location by clicking on the “Add inventory” button.

Another way to add inventory to your second location is through the “Orders” tab in the Shopify admin. To do this, go to Orders > Create Order.

Then, select your second location from the “Location” drop-down menu. From here, you can add products to your order and then complete the order.

PRO TIP: If you are using Shopify to manage inventory for more than one location, you may want to add inventory to your second location. This can be done by either manually adding inventory to your second location or by transferring inventory from your first location.

Before adding or transferring inventory, you should always check with your Shopify account manager to make sure that your settings are correct. Adding or transferring inventory without the proper settings can result in inaccurate inventory levels and could lead to stock-outs or overages.

You can also add inventory to your second location by importing it from a CSV file. To do this, go to Settings > Export. Then, select “Products” from the “Export as” drop-down menu and click on the “Export Products” button. This will download a CSV file of all of your products.

Next, go to Settings > Import. Then, select “Products” from the “Import as” drop-down menu and click on the “Choose File” button. Choose the CSV file that you downloaded earlier and click on the “Upload file” button.

Finally, you can add inventory to your second location by transferring it from another location. To do this, go to

Inventory>Transfer Inventory.>From here, you can select the products that you want to transfer and then choose your second location as the destination for the transfer.
