PRO TIP: If you are adding an HP printer to Google Cloud Print, be aware that there are some potential risks. First, your HP printer may not be compatible with Google Cloud Print. Second, if you do not have the most up-to-date version of the HP printer software, you may not be able to use Google Cloud Print. Finally, be sure to follow the instructions carefully so that you do not accidentally delete any important files on your computer.

12. Under “Print Options,” select “Google Cloud Print.”
13. The printer should now be configured to print to your Google Cloud Print account.
14. To print a document, click “Print” on the document’s toolbar, and then select “Google Cloud Print” from the “PDF/A” drop-down list.
15. The document will be sent to your Google Cloud Print account, and will be printed on your HP printer.
16. To stop printing on your HP printer, click “Print” on the document’s toolbar, and then select “Google Cloud Print” from the “PDF/A” drop-down list.
17. The document will be sent to your Google Cloud Print account, and will not be printed on your HP printer.
18. To remove a printer from your Google Cloud Print account, go to “Settings” on the printer, and under “Printing” select “Google Cloud Print.”
19. Under “Configure Cloud Print,” select “Remove a device.”
20. On the “Remove a device” dialog box, enter the printer’s IP address or hostname.

23. Congratulations! Your HP printer is now configured to print to Google Cloud Print.
