There are a few different ways that you can animate a line drawing in Photoshop. One way is to use the Timeline panel. To do this, first create your line drawing on a new layer.

Then, select the layer and click on the “Create Frame Animation” button at the bottom of the Timeline panel. In the resulting dialog box, select “Create Frame Animation. ”

Once you have your frame animation created, you can add new frames by clicking on the “Duplicate Frame” button. To animate your line drawing, simply draw on each frame on a new layer. When you are finished, click on the “Play” button at the bottom of the Timeline panel to preview your animation.
