With Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, you can easily blur the background of your photos to create a more professional look. This can be done with just a few clicks of your mouse.

First, open the photo you want to edit in Photoshop Elements 13. Then, click on the “Edit” tab at the top of the screen.

Next, click on the “Effects” button. A menu will appear with different effect options. Scroll down until you find the “Gaussian Blur” option and click on it.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, blurring the background in Photoshop Elements 13 can result in a loss of image quality. Be sure to use a low blur setting and only apply the effect to areas of the image that are not essential to the overall composition.

A new window will open asking you how much blur you want to apply to the photo. You can experiment with different values to see what looks best. When you’re happy with the amount of blur, click “OK”.

And that’s it! Your background will now be blurred and your photo will have a more professional appearance.

Photoshop Elements 13 is a great program for blurring backgrounds of photos. With just a few clicks, anyone can create a more professional looking photo.
