First, you’ll need to log in to your account. Once you’re logged in, click on the “Settings” tab in the upper-right-hand corner.

From there, click on the “Billing” tab. On the billing page, you’ll see a list of your current subscriptions. Find the one that says “Canva Pro” and click on the “Cancel subscription” link.

PRO TIP: Canva is a great tool for creating designs, but be aware that cancelling your billing can be difficult. Follow the steps below carefully to avoid any issues.

1. Go to the ‘Billing’ tab in your account settings.

2. Click on the ‘Cancel subscription’ link.

3. Confirm your cancellation by clicking on the ‘Cancel my subscription’ button.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been cancelled.

You’ll be taken to a confirmation page where you’ll need to enter your password again. Once you’ve entered your password, click on the “Cancel subscription” button.

You will still have access to your Canva Pro account until the end of your current billing cycle, but after that, your account will be downgraded to a free account and you will no longer be charged.
