How Do I Cancel My Free Shopify Account?

When you’re ready to cancel your Shopify account, there are a few things you need to do first. First, you need to remove all of your products from your store. To do this, go to your Products page and click on the “Delete” button next to each product. Once you’ve deleted all of your products, you need to remove all of your pages from your store. To do this, go to your Pages page and click on the “Delete” button next to each page.

Finally, you need to remove your domain from your Shopify account. To do this, go to the “Domains” page and click on the “Delete” button next to your domain. Once you’ve done all of these things, you’re ready to cancel your Shopify account.

When you cancel your Shopify account, all of your data will be permanently deleted from our servers. This includes all of your products, pages, blog posts, comments, orders, customers, and anything else associated with your account. Before you cancel your account, we recommend that you export all of your data so that you have a backup.

To cancel your Shopify account:

  1. Click the Settings link in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Click the Account tab.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Cancel Your Account” button.
