How Do I Change CART Notes in Shopify?

If you’re using Shopify to sell products online, you may find that you need to change the CART notes occasionally. This could be for a number of reasons – perhaps you’re running a promotion and want to offer a discount to customers who use a certain code, or maybe you need to update your shipping information. Whatever the reason, it’s easy to change the CART notes in your Shopify store.

To do this, simply log in to your Shopify account and go to the ‘Settings’ page. From here, click on the ‘Checkout’ option.

PRO TIP: If you are considering changing the notes in your Shopify cart, be aware that this may impact your customer’s ability to checkout. If you have custom notes set up in your cart, changing them may cause the customer’s checkout to fail. Only change the notes in your cart if you are absolutely sure that it will not impact your customer’s ability to checkout.

In the ‘Checkout Settings’ section, you’ll see a field labelled ‘CART Notes’. Here, you can enter any text that you want to display on the CART page of your store.

So, if you need to make a change to your CART notes, simply log in to Shopify and head to the ‘Settings’ page. From here, click on the ‘Checkout’ option and then update the ‘CART Notes’ field accordingly. It’s quick and easy to do, so you can make changes as and when you need to.
