How Do I Change From Low Resolution to High Resolution in Photoshop?

Are you working with low resolution images in Photoshop and wanting to change them to high resolution? If so, there are a few things you need to know.

First, it’s important to understand the difference between low and high resolution images. Low resolution images have fewer pixels per inch, which means they appear blurry or pixelated when enlarged. High resolution images have more pixels per inch, which makes them appear clear and sharp when enlarged.

PRO TIP: If you are unsure about how to change the resolution in Photoshop, it is best to leave it at the default setting. Changing the resolution can cause pixels to become distorted and may make your image appear blurry.

To change a low resolution image to high resolution in Photoshop, you need to start with a high resolution image. You can create one by scanning a physical photograph or by downloading a high resolution image from the internet.

Once you have your high resolution image, open it in Photoshop. Go to Image > Image Size and make sure the Resolution is set to 300 pixels/inch. If it’s not, change it and click OK. Now your image is high resolution and ready to be used!
