If you have forgotten your Joomla admin password, there are a few things you can do to try and reset it.

If you have a Joomla account that is registered with a hosting company, your administrator may be able to reset the password for you.

If you don’t have a Joomla account registered with a hosting company, you can try to contact the Joomla development team to request a password reset.

If you have tried all of the above and still can’t reset your password, you can try to change your password using the following steps:

1. Log into your Joomla account and go to the ‘Settings’ tab.

2. Under the ‘Security’ heading, click on ‘Change Password’.

3. Enter your current password in the ‘New Password’ field and click on the ‘Create Password’ button.

4. Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ field and click on the ‘Create Password’ button.

5. Click on the ‘Save’ button to finish.
