How Do I Change Page Width in Wix?

Most people are familiar with the Wix platform as a way to create a website without having to learn to code. What many don’t realize is that Wix also gives you a lot of control over the design of your website, including the width of your pages. In this article, we’ll show you how to change page width in Wix and style your text using HTML tags.

The first thing you need to do is log in to your Wix account and go to the “My Sites” tab. From there, click on the “Edit site” button for the site you want to edit.

Once you’re in the Editor, go to the “Page” menu and select “Page Settings.” In the Page Settings menu, you’ll see a field for “Site Width.” You can either enter a specific width (in pixels) or choose one of the preset options: auto, narrow, medium, or wide. Or in the Tools tab, activate the “Toolbar” for quick access to page width adjustment.

If you want more control over your page width, you can use the Custom option and enter a specific width (in pixels) that you want your pages to be. Once you’ve made your changes, click on the “Apply” button and they will be saved.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, changing the page width in Wix can cause your site to become unresponsive and may require you to rebuild your site from scratch.
