If you’re working on a design in Figma and want to change the background color of the Preview window, there are a few different ways to do it.

One way is to click on the “Design” tab at the top of the window, then select “Canvas” from the left-hand sidebar. In the “Canvas” settings, you’ll see a “Background” section where you can choose a color for the Preview window.

Another way to change the background color is to click on the “Prototype” tab at the top of the window. Then, in the “Prototype” settings, you’ll see a “Background Color” option under the “General” settings.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, changing the background color in Figma Preview can result in losing your work. Make sure to save your work before changing the background color.

You can also change the background color by clicking on the “Style” tab at the top of the window. Then, in the “Style” settings, you’ll see a “Background Color” option under the “Color” section.

Finally, if you want to change the background color for just one specific frame in your design, you can do that by selecting that frame and then clicking on the “Style” tab at the top of the window. In the “Style” settings, you’ll see a “Background Color” option under the “Frame” section.

No matter which method you use, Figma makes it easy to change the background color of your Preview window so that you can design your project exactly how you want it!
