How Do I Change the Variable Product Price Range in WooCommerce?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 4:42 pm

When it comes to setting up a WooCommerce store, one of the first things you need to do is set your product prices. If you’re selling variable products, this means setting a price range for each product. In this article, we’ll show you how to change the variable product price range in WooCommerce.

WooCommerce gives you two options for setting prices for your variable products:

  • Fixed price range: With this option, you set a fixed price for each variation of the product. For example, if you’re selling a shirt in three different sizes, you would set a fixed price for each size.
  • Variable price range: With this option, you set a minimum and maximum price for the product, and WooCommerce will calculate the prices for each variation based on that range. For example, if you set a minimum price of $10 and a maximum price of $20, a small shirt would be priced at $10, a medium shirt would be priced at $15, and a large shirt would be priced at $20.

To change the variable product price range in WooCommerce, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your WordPress site and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click on “WooCommerce” > “Settings”. On the Settings page, go to the “Products” tab and click on “Product Prices”.

You will see two options here: “Fixed product prices” and “Variable product prices”. By default, WooCommerce is set to use fixed prices.

How Do I Change the Variable Product Price Range in WooCommerce?: Follow the steps provided above to change your variable product prices in WooCommerce.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with code or are not comfortable with making changes to your site’s files, we recommend that you seek help from a developer or WooCommerce support. Making changes to your site’s code can break your site if not done correctly.
