How do I contact Google Cloud support?

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a suite of cloud-based services that provide developers with a variety of tools, mechanisms, and APIs to build, deploy, and manage applications. If you experience problems or issues with your GCP account, or need support, you can contact Google Cloud support.

To contact Google Cloud support, you can:

Open a support ticket: Log into your GCP account and click on the “Support” menu item in the upper-left corner of the screen. From the “Support” menu, select “Ticketing & Reporting.” On the “Ticketing & Reporting” page, select “Create a new ticket.” In the “Ticket Type” field, select “Google Cloud Platform Issue.

” In the “Subject” field, type a brief description of your issue. In the “Description” field, provide more detailed information about your issue. In the “Additional Comments” field, include any additional information you think is important. Click “Create ticket.”.

Send an email: You can also contact Google Cloud support by email. To do this, create a new email and include your GCP account ID, the subject of your ticket, and your detailed description of the issue.
