Almost every website has a form of some kind – whether it’s a contact form, sign up form, or even just a search bar. And while most website builders make it easy to create a basic form, sometimes you need a little more control. That’s where conditional forms come in.

A conditional form is a form that changes based on the user’s input. For example, you might have a sign up form with two options: “I’m signing up for myself” and “I’m signing up for someone else.” If the user chooses the latter, additional fields appear so that they can enter the person’s name and email address.

Conditional forms can be used for all sorts of purposes – from collecting additional information to creating an interactive quiz. In this article, we’ll show you how to create a conditional form in Squarespace.

The first thing you need to do is add a Form Block to your page. You can do this by clicking the “+” icon and selecting “Form”.

Once you’ve added the Form Block, you’ll see a list of all the different field types you can add to your form.
