How Do I Create a Curved Banner in Photoshop?

There are a few ways to create a curved banner in Photoshop. One way is to use the Pen tool to draw a path, and then use the Warp command to deform the path. Another way is to use the Mesh tool to create a mesh, and then use the Warp command to deform the mesh.

To use the Pen tool:
