How Do I Create a Direct Checkout Link in WooCommerce?

If you’re running a WooCommerce store, you might be wondering how to create a direct checkout link. By default, WooCommerce doesn’t provide an easy way to do this.

However, there is a workaround that you can use to create a direct checkout link. In this article, we’ll show you how to do it.

First, you need to add a product to your WooCommerce store. Once you’ve done that, you need to get the product’s ID.

You can do this by going to the Products page in your WordPress admin area and hovering over the product. The product ID will be displayed in the URL field of your browser.

Now that you have the product ID, you can create the direct checkout link. All you need to do is add ?add-to-cart=PRODUCT_ID to the end of your WooCommerce store’s URL. So, if your store’s URL is example.com and the product ID is 1234, the direct checkout link would be example.com?add-to-cart=1234.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to create a direct checkout link in WooCommerce, be aware that there are some risks involved. Direct checkout links bypass the WooCommerce cart and checkout pages, which means that any security measures that are in place on those pages will not be applied to the direct checkout link. This could leave your site vulnerable to attack. In addition, because the direct checkout link bypasses the WooCommerce cart and checkout pages, any coupons or discounts that are applied to those pages will not be applied to the direct checkout link. You should only use direct checkout links if you are sure that your site is secure and if you are sure that you do not want to offer any coupons or discounts.

You can also add multiple products to the cart by using the & character. For example, if you wanted to add two products with IDs 1234 and 5678 to the cart, the URL would be example.com?add-to-cart=1234&add-to-cart=5678.

And that’s all there is to it! By using this method, you can easily create direct checkout links for any products in your WooCommerce store.
