How do I create a form in WordPress Elementor?

Forms are a great way to gather user input and allow them to interact with your website. In this tutorial, we will show you how to create a simple form in WordPress Elementor.

First, open up your WordPress Elementor project and click on the Forms tab. You will see a list of all of the forms currently available in your project.

Next, click on the Add New Form button. You will see the following screen:

Title:

The title of your form will appear in the main area of your form. This is where you will also enter the name of your form.

Form Type:

You can choose between a simple text form or a more complex form. For this tutorial, we will use a simple text form.

Fields:

You will see a list of all of the fields in your form. You can add as many fields as you need.

Field Settings:

The field settings allow you to customize the appearance and behavior of each field in your form.

For this tutorial, we will only need to modify the field settings for the Title and Email fields.

PRO TIP: If you are using the WordPress Elementor plugin to create a form, be aware that there is a known bug that can cause the form to not submit. It is recommended that you either upgrade to the latest version of the plugin, or use another form plugin.

Title Length:

You can choose between a short title or a longer title.

Email:

The email address of the person filling out your form will appear in the Email field.

Email Length:

You can choose between a short email address or a longer email address.

Confirm Email:

If you want users to be able to enter their email address and then confirm it, you can enable the Confirm Email field.

Save & Close:

Click on the Save & Close button to save your form.
