Photoshop is a very versatile program that allows users to create a wide range of effects. One of the most popular effects is the galaxy effect. The galaxy effect can be created by following a few simple steps:

1) Start by creating a new document in Photoshop. The size of the document will depend on where you plan on using the final image.

2) Once the new document is created, fill the background with black using the paint bucket tool.

3) Next, create a new layer and name it “Stars”. To do this, click on the “Create a new layer” icon at the bottom of the layers panel.

4) Now that you have created the “Stars” layer, select the brush tool. Choose a small, soft round brush and set the color to white.

5) Begin painting randomly on the “Stars” layer to create stars of different sizes. Make sure to vary the size and density of the stars.

6) Once you are satisfied with the number of stars, go to “Filter” > “Blur” > “Gaussian Blur”.

Set the radius to 2 pixels and click “OK”.

7) Now, create another new layer and name it “Nebula”. Once again, select the brush tool and choose a large, soft round brush. Set the color to light blue or any other color that you prefer.

8) Begin painting on the “Nebula” layer with light strokes to create an ethereal look.

9) To add depth to the nebula, go to “Filter” > “Blur” > “Gaussian Blur”. Set the radius to 10 pixels this time and click “OK”

10) The final step is to add a glittering effect to your stars. To do this, create a new layer and name it “Glitter”. Once again, select the brush tool and choose a small, soft round brush. This time, set your foreground color to light pink or any other color that you prefer.

11) Begin painting on the “Glitter” layer with light strokes to add some sparkle to your stars. Save your work as a PSD file so that you can make changes later if needed.

The galaxy effect is now complete! By following these simple steps, you can easily create this popular effect in Photoshop
