There are many ways to create a gradient in Photoshop. The easiest way is to use the Gradient Tool.

With the Gradient Tool selected, click and drag on your image to create a gradient. You can also use the Gradient Editor to create more complex gradients.

To style text in HTML using <p>, <b> and <u> tags, simply enclose the text you want to style with the appropriate tag. For example, to make text bold, you would enclose it in <b> tags like this:

<b>this text is bold</b>.

To make text underlined, you would use <u> tags like this:

<u>this text is underlined</u>.

And finally, to add a paragraph break, you would use the <p> tag like this:

<p>this is the first paragraph </p>

<p>this is the second paragraph </p>

You can also combine these tags to create more complex styling. For example, you could make bold and underlined text like this:

<b><u>this text is bold and underlined</u></b>.
PRO TIP: When creating a gradient in Photoshop, it is important to first select the area you want the gradient to appear in. To do this, click on the "Gradient Tool" in the toolbox, then click and drag your mouse across the area you want to apply the gradient to. Next, choose the colors you want to use for your gradient by clicking on the "Foreground Color" and "Background Color" boxes in the toolbox. Finally, click on the "Gradient" option in the menu bar and select the type of gradient you want to create.
