Creating a registration form in WooCommerce is relatively easy. First, create a new form in your admin area.
You can name it whatever you like, but we recommend using something like “Registration Form”.
Once you have created your form, you will need to add fields to it. We recommend adding the following fields to your form:
Field Name Type Description Email Address string The email address of the user who will be registering. This address will be used to send them account activation emails. First Name string The first name of the user who will be registering. Last Name string The last name of the user who will be registering.
Company Name string The company name of the user who will be registering. Password string The password of the user who will be registering. Confirmation Password string The confirmation password of the user who will be registering.
Now that you have added fields to your form, you need to add buttons to it. We recommend adding the following buttons to your form:
Button Name Type Description “Register” button button The “Register” button will be used to sign the user in to their account. “Confirm Password” button button The “Confirm Password” button will be used to verify the user’s password.
“Log In” button button The “Log In” button will be used to sign the user in to their account.
Now that your form is complete, you need to add a form action to it. You can do this by clicking on the “Form Actions” button located on the top right corner of your form.
Once you have clicked on the “Form Actions” button, you will need to click on the “Add Action” button.
Once you have clicked on the “Add Action” button, you will need to add the following line of code to your form action:
“WooCommerce/register”
Finally, you need to add a link to your form in your WooCommerce shop’s footer. You can do this by clicking on the “Links” button located on the top right corner of your form.
Once you have clicked on the “Links” button, you will need to click on the “Add Link” button.
Once you have clicked on the “Add Link” button, you will need to add the following line of code to your link:
WooCommerce/register
Now that your form is complete, you can add it to your WooCommerce shop.
