How Do I Create a Team Template in Canva?

If you’re working on a team project, chances are you’ll need to create a team template at some point. Canva makes it easy to create a team template, and you can even style the text using HTML tags. Here’s how:

First, log in to your Canva account and click on the “Create a design” button. On the next page, select the “Templates” tab from the top menu. Next, click on the “Team” tab from the left sidebar.

On the team template page, you’ll see a variety of options to choose from. Select the template that best suits your needs.

Once you’ve selected a template, you can start customizing it by adding your own text and images. To style your text, simply select the text box and click on the HTML button (< / >).

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, creating a team template in Canva can be a very time-consuming task. Make sure that you have plenty of time set aside before starting this project.

This will bring up a pop-up window where you can enter your HTML code. For example, if you want to make your text bold, you would use the < b > tag.

If you want to underline your text, you would use the < u > tag. And if you want to add a paragraph break, you would use the < p > tag.

Once you’ve entered your HTML code, simply click on the “Update” button and then “Publish” when you’re done. Your team template is now ready to use!

Creating a team template in Canva is easy and only takes a few minutes.
