There are many different ways to create a vector logo in Figma. The most common method is to use the Pen tool to draw your own custom shapes.

However, there are also a number of ways to create vector logos using Figma’s built-in shapes and the Shape tool. In this article, we’ll take a look at both methods and see how to create a vector logo in Figma.

If you’re starting from scratch, the best way to create a vector logo in Figma is to use the Pen tool. This will allow you to draw any custom shapes you need for your logo.

To use the Pen tool, simply click and hold on the canvas where you want to start drawing. Then, move your mouse to draw the shape you want. When you’re finished, release the mouse button.

If you’re not starting from scratch, or if you want to use some of Figma’s built-in shapes, you can use the Shape tool. To do this, select the Shape tool from the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

Then, click and drag on the canvas to create a shape. You can also click on the plus icon (+) in the top-right corner of the screen to add more shapes.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that creating a vector logo in Figma can be time-consuming and may require a lot of trial and error. Make sure to save your work frequently and backup your files in case you need to start over.

Once you have your shapes created, you can use the Pen tool or the Shape tool to edit them. To edit a shape with the Pen tool, simply click on it and then move your mouse to make changes. To edit a shape with the Shape tool, select it and then click on one of its handles (the small circles around its edge) and drag it to make changes.

When you’re finished creating your vector logo in Figma, you can export it by going to File > Export > Export As.. and choosing either PNG or SVG as your file format.

Creating a vector logo in Figma is a simple process that can be done using either the Pen tool or Shape tool. With these tools, you can easily create any custom shapes or logos that you need.
