A watermark is an identifying mark or logo placed on digital photos or other online images. Watermarks can be used to protect the copyright of an image or to indicate ownership. Photoshop offers a number of ways to create watermarks.

One way to create a watermark in Photoshop is to use the Actions panel. To do this, first open the image you want to watermark in Photoshop. Then, go to Window > Actions to open the Actions panel.

Click the “Create new action” button at the bottom of the Actions panel. A dialog box will appear. In the dialog box, give your action a name and click “Record.”

PRO TIP: When creating a watermark action in Photoshop, it is important to remember to use a low opacity for the brush so that the watermark is not too visible. Additionally, make sure the brush size is large enough to cover the entire area you want the watermark to appear in.

Now, begin adding your watermark to the image. To do this, you can use the Text tool or the Brush tool. Once you’re finished, click the “Stop playing/recording” button at the bottom of the Actions panel.

Your watermark action is now saved and ready to use! To apply your watermark, simply select your watermark action from the Actions panel and click the “Play” button.

Creating a watermark in Photoshop is quick and easy using the Actions panel!
