GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

To get started, go to the Wix Contact Form tool and click “Create a Form.” This will open up the form builder. Here, you can add any fields you want to include in your contact form.

There are a variety of field types to choose from, such as text fields, email fields, and drop-down menus. Once you’ve added all of the fields you want, click “Save” and then “Publish. ”

PRO TIP: When creating a Wix Contact Form, be sure to use caution when selecting the fields for your form. Some fields, such as Name and Email, are required in order to submit the form. However, other fields, such as Address and Phone Number, are not required and should only be used if you feel comfortable sharing this information.

Now that your contact form is published, you can add it to any page on your website. To do this, go to the page where you want to add the form and click “Add.”

This will open the Add panel. Here, you can search for the Wix Contact Form element and then drag it onto your page. Once it’s added, you can resize and position it however you like.

That’s all there is to creating a contact form with Wix! With this tool, you can easily collect information from visitors to your site. You can use this information to follow up with leads or customers, or even just to keep track of who’s interested in your site.

Creating a Wix Contact Form is easy!

With the Wix Contact Form tool, anyone can create a simple contact form for their website in just a few minutes.
