In this article, we’re going to show you how to crop to a specific shape in Photoshop. We’ll be using the Rectangle Marquee tool for this example, but the same technique can be used with any of the other selection tools.

First, open up the image that you want to crop in Photoshop. Then, select the Rectangle Marquee tool from the Tools panel.

Next, click and drag around the area of the image that you want to keep. As you do this, you’ll see a rectangle being drawn on the image.

PRO TIP: Crop tool in Photoshop is used to change the shape or size of an image. It can be used to crop to a specific shape, but this should be done with caution. If you are not careful, you may end up with an image that is distorted or has unwanted areas cut off.

And that’s all there is to it! Cropping to a specific shape in Photoshop is easy once you know how.
